What does it mean for an ink to be ‘custom-made’? +
We do not start from a fixed catalogue: we analyse your surface, your machine and your operating conditions (light, humidity, friction, temperature) and formulate the ink for that specific environment. Each batch comes with its technical data sheet and full traceability.
Which surfaces can your inks print on? +
We work with substrates that others consider ‘impossible’: engineering plastics, metal, glass, industrial textiles, cardboard for premium packaging and outdoor surfaces exposed to extreme UV. If your surface presents a challenge, that is exactly our field.
Can I request a sample before committing? +
Yes. We prepare laboratory samples on your own substrate so that you can validate colour, adhesion and finish under your real conditions before scaling up to production. It is the only serious way to guarantee the result.
What colour consistency guarantees do you offer? +
We work with colour deviations that are virtually imperceptible to the human eye. We achieve this through nanometric particle control and instrumental colour verification in every production batch.
How long does it take to develop a new formulation? +
It depends on the complexity of the challenge: adapting an existing base can take days; a formulation developed from scratch with extreme requirements needs additional testing cycles. After the first consultation, we provide a specific, realistic schedule.
Are your inks sustainable? +
Sustainability is in our DNA: progressive reductions in emissions from our processes, increasingly safe and biodegradable ingredients, and a commitment to the circular economy. All without compromising performance on the machine.
